Video menu for steakhouses
A guest choosing between a $38 sirloin and a $64 ribeye wants to see the marbling, the crust and the cut. The video is your server's best upsell, playing at every table at once.
What sells best on video at steakhouses
- Premium cuts where the price gap needs a reason
- Shared tomahawks and platters
- Sides like lobster mac and creamed spinach
- Cocktails and dessert, often skipped after a big steak
Shots that show it off
- The board set down with the steak sliced open
- A slow arc across the crust and the pink centre
- Butter melting on a hot cut
Owner tip: Video your top two cuts and your best side. Those three clips do most of the upselling.
How it works for steakhouses
Bring your menu
Already have a menu? Upload photos or a PDF of it, or paste your website link. We copy every section, dish and price, and your colours, fonts and logo. No menu yet? Pick a look and type your dishes in.
Snap a phone photo
Take a quick photo of each real dish on the pass. Any phone, any light.
We make the video
We turn it into a studio-quality photo of the same plate, then a five-second vertical video. You approve it before guests see it.
Guests scan, watch, order
Each table gets its own QR code. Guests see your menu in your brand, tap a dish to watch it, tap "Add to order", and the order lands on your kitchen screen.
We animate your real dish. We never add food that isn't on the plate. You approve every video.
Questions from steakhouses
Does the video show doneness accurately?
The video shows the steak in your photo. Photograph it at the doneness most guests order, usually medium-rare.
Will a QR menu feel too casual for a steakhouse?
Keep your printed menu. The QR code on the table is for guests who want to see the dishes before they order; the screen design is dark and quiet.
Can I turn ordering off and use it as a menu only?
Yes. Ordering is a switch in your settings. With it off, guests can still build a list to show their server.
