Who we are

QR Video Menu is operated by Wall and Form LLC. Contact: hello@qrvideomenu.com.

Restaurant owners

We store your email address, your restaurant name, menu content, the photos you upload and the videos we make from them. We use your email to sign you in and to send account and billing messages. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Guests

Guests do not create an account. When a guest sends an order we store the table number, the dishes, any note they type and the time, so the restaurant can prepare it. We do not ask guests for their name, email or phone number, and we do not sell guest data.

Photos and AI processing

To make dish videos we send your dish photos to AI image and video services that process them on our behalf. We use the results only to make your menu media.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie for restaurant owners. Guests' order status is kept in their browser so they can see it. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your menu and media while your account is open. Email us to delete your account and we will remove your menu, photos and videos within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, email account holders.
