The service

QR Video Menu lets restaurants publish a QR code menu with dish videos and receive table orders on an order screen. It is operated by Wall and Form LLC.

Your content

You confirm you own or have the right to use the photos, names and descriptions you upload. You keep ownership of your content and the videos made from it. You are responsible for prices, allergen information and anything else your local rules require on a menu.

Accurate menus

Videos are made from your photo of the real dish and are meant to show it truthfully. Review every video before you publish it, and only publish videos that show what guests will actually be served.

Plans and payment

Paid plans have a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, billed by Stripe. Your plan renews each month until you cancel from your billing page; it then runs to the end of the paid month. Unused videos stay available while your plan is active.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your videos within 14 days of paying, email hello@qrvideomenu.com and we will refund the setup fee.

Orders and payment between you and your guests

Orders sent through the menu are requests to your restaurant. We do not process guest payments and we are not part of the sale between you and your guests.

Fair use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to try to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and email account holders about important changes.
